Our Youth Speed and Agility Training program helps athletes improve acceleration, footwork, change of direction, balance, coordination, reaction time, and overall athletic movement.

Ages 4–17
Athletes will work on
This program is ideal for football, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, lacrosse, volleyball, wrestling, and multi-sport athletes who want to become quicker, more explosive, and more confident.
Tenacity works with athletes ages 4–17, with group clinics typically starting around age 6 and private, homeschool, or introductory movement options available for younger athletes.
