Private sessions are a great fit for athletes who want to improve specific skills, build confidence, prepare for tryouts, correct movement issues, or get extra coaching outside of team practices.

Tenacity works with athletes ages 4–17, with group clinics typically starting around age 6 and private, homeschool, or introductory movement options available for younger athletes.
