What can we expect at the first session?

Your athlete will be coached through age-appropriate movement drills, speed mechanics, footwork, balance, and confidence-building instruction. We will look at how they move, how they respond to coaching, and what type of training path makes the most sense.

Do you work with beginners?

Yes. Tenacity works with beginners, developing athletes, and competitive players. Training is adjusted based on age, experience, confidence level, and goals.

Do you offer private or small-group training?

Yes. Private and small-group sessions are available for athletes who need more focused coaching, confidence-building, or a customized development plan.

Do you offer homeschool PE?

Yes. Tenacity offers structured homeschool fitness and athletic development in a positive social environment.

What ages do you train?

Tenacity works with athletes ages 4–17, with group clinics typically starting around age 6 and private, homeschool, or introductory movement options available for younger athletes.
